Hi Cathe! I just wanted you to know that after doing Chest/Triceps (the entire DVD YOWSA! my arms are FRIED) & Kick Max (premix low & sculpt-my legs today are feeling it!) & viewing IMAX3, Kick Max & Low Max so far this has got to be the BEST & MOST FUN series of your entire career & that's saying a lot!! I started w/you 13 yrs. ago w/Step Mega Blast. I know some people are complaining regarding the music being low but IMO the volume is just fine. I usually never look at the tv screen. I'm listening to your cues & I did find the music volume too loud in IMAX2 when I was first learning the choreography.

I'm just coming back from being side-lined from having a hernia repaired & the premixes have been coming in handy for me at this time. I'm into my 5th week recovery & I'm not able to do all of those plyos you have in Kick Max yet}( but I'm coming back strong!

These DVDs IMO are absolutely AMAZING. I also love the outfits/colors/set design & the music ROCKS!!!!! I don't know how you keep coming up w/all of this fun loving choreography but keep it comin'!!

Thank you, Cathe, for making HardCore truly hard and fun at the same time. Your workouts put me in the advanced fitness level, HardCore is putting me into the 'advanced Cathe level'.

I agree with this post. This series is phenomenal - it is bound to be my favorite. It's genius the way everything fits together and how, after making so many great workouts, Cathe can still come up with interesting, fresh, and inspiring ways to keep me motivated day after day. As far as my workouts go, I only 'do' Cathe. Most of my friends say, "But don't you get bored?". No, actually, I don't! And with a series like the one she's just released, I don't think I ever will!
 
I agree, this is your best series to date! I love the variety of the 10 workouts plus premixes. The workouts are tough, but do-able....and most of all fun. ;-) Great job!

Oh my. this series is great. I'm only just getting started, done High Step and Muscle Max (my 4 yr old picked it out). I love having the resistance band included, really makes for some new stuff. I think it will take me a few workouts to get familiar with quickly getting in place. And I can't wrap my hands around that sucker. I'm holding onto the very tips and I still feel it :7
I will love this series for a long time, I know the premixes will be very useful for those crunch days. Music is wonderful, cueing is awesome. I read the post about working sore muscles, I really don't have a chance not too. They all make something sore.

I just wanted to say that I am enjoying this series too. I like that you included shorter premixes because I am trying to combine many of the workouts in different combos to make an hour or just over an hour (weights and cardio) workout during the week. Great job Cathe!
