Hope you had a great xmas. I am back from a loonng time ago. I now have a 4 yr old son, 3 yr old daughter, and 5month old twin boys! So you can see I am extremely busy!
I lost my pg. weight, primarily by not ever having time to eat or sit down!!! Now I want to start eating healthy and tighten up. I'd also like to lose 5-10 more pounds. Anyway, I have your CTX series which I used to love to do. But now I rarely will have a whole hour to work out at once - can I do, say the weight portion in the morning and the cardio in the evening, or vice-versa? Will it still be effective? Also, how many weeks in a row should I do CTX before I should mix it up with something else? I have all your workouts up until any releases in 2003. I also run on a treadmill when little people are sleeping ;-)
Any other advice?
