Hi Cathe,
I was wondering what you would recommend my exercise program to consist of w/o having to put myself in positions that will put pressure on my back.
I currently have your Hardcore and New DVD collection. My chiro suggested not to use free weights but use weight machines instead. The only problem is that I have all free weights at home and no gym equipment since I follow your workouts. She also suggested no running as that creates too much impact. So my question for strength and resistance training: in your professional opinion, do you consider using free weights to be safe with proper posture? Will I be saving any back concerns by using weight machines? And for cardio: can I use your DVDs or do I have to resort to becoming a member at a gym so I can use ellipticals, or other non-impact methods as well as their weight machines for strength?
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
I hope I don't have to invest in the gym membership route as I have already invested in my home gym to your awesome workouts!
Thanks so much in advance!:7
