Cathe, how important is diet compared to exercise?

Cathe, given how everyone has commented on how fabulous you look in the new series (who knew you could improve on perfection!!!) I was wondering, based on your personal experience, which you consider to be more important, diet or exercise, towards achieving such a lean, cut body. Obviously genetics play a part as well. I've always heard that diet is something like 85% of the equation. Given that, I'm also wondering if KIND of diet (protein intake etc.) plays a part as well. I know you won't/don't go into specifics with diet but I was hoping this was general enough that you could speak about it. Thanks in advance and the new series is AMAZING!
 
Hi Cbelle! Thank you so much! Diet and exercise go hand in hand when wanting to achieve a lean cut look. Work both factors equally hard. An additional note as far as diet is concerned: The more cuts you want the less you are able to cheat! Eat as clean as it comes!
