Hi Cathe,
Have you ever went abroad to meet your international fans or organized a fitness seminar or something similar? If not, have you any plans to do it in the future? There are a lot of international posters here, and I'm sure all of them would love to meet and chat with you in person

Hi Faie! How sweet of you to ask, thank you. Since having my children (2 boys, 4 and 2 years old), I have put most of my presenting and traveling on the back burner. They were just too young and needed a lot of my time (still do of coarse). With the new gym opening up we will have access to do many more types of trips, workshops, visits, etc. Hopefully you will be able to attend them if I don't get a chance to travel abroad. Either way, looking forward to meeting you someday
