Cathe has managed the impossible!!!

Never though it possible, but I am actually preferring my weight training days to my cardio days. I still love me some KB and Drill Max cardio, but the terrific instruction Cathe provides and the results I am feeling have me absolutely loving my weight training days.

I remember hating weights so much that I once told a trainer at a health club I used to belong to to not even bother giving me a how-to on the weight machines, I had no intention of using them. I used to do strictly cardio and never really worried about weight training.

Cathe's form pointers during Slow/Heavy are simply brilliant, and converted me into a believer.
 
That's funny Jerry because I used to be just the opposite. For a L-O-N-G time I didn't care for Cathe's cardio. Her style was differrent that what I was used to. Now of course I love anything Cathe does, well maybe except for those "bonus sets" & then she laughs about it. :confused: Not always funny Cathe :rolleyes:
 
That's interesting.
I would think that most men would be the opposite: loving the grunting and groaning and hefting of heavy objects, and poo-pooing cardio.
