My question is:
What do you think of H.I.I.T = High intensity interval training??
Have you or would you ever consider a compilation DVD totally devoted to H.I.I.T= High intensity interval training in 20-40 minute segments. With intervals lasting for 1-2 minutes with no recovery time, and right back to moderate intensity for 1 minute then right back to the interval for 1-2 minutes..repeat..
Example:
Work out 1: All Step H.I.I.T
Work out 2: All Hi/lo H.I.I.T
Work out 3: All Kickbox H.I.I.T
Work out 4: All Plyo H.I.I.T
Work out 5: All combos H.I.I.T
I wanted to commend your customer service department!!! I sent an e mail requesting a few more of your catalogs to hand out (As I have given away the 3 that I had), and they wrote me back the same day telling me they would send me more catalogs.
