since moving in this new apartment(no washer,dryer hook ups) and having to go the laundry mat, i am thankful to have your workouts. with 3 baskets of clothes,sheets, and comforters, $20 quarters pumped into machines, and 2 hours of this ON TOP of dragging it all to the car,out of the car, back to the car, back otu of the car and putting it all away!!!

there is now way i could still stand if i didn't have the fitness level working out with you. 2 hours in a laundrymat 6 years ago would leave me tired for days, but....

i still have to put away 2 more baskets now.

wow during your laundry is a workout in itself!! Don't do laundry on you recovery rest days... you are still lifting weights with those laundry baskets. You need to recover from laundry!!;-)

not done yet, still have to go grocery shopping. i swore i heard on the today show a piece about moms whether working or stay at home, NEVER get a day off. maybe i should have woke DH up to watch and tape it for me while i was getting viola out the door for school. hhhmmm....

let see we carry/grow a life inside of us for 9 months,give birth, have monthly friends,do the dishes,give baths, kiss boo-boos, fight battles(school battles and all that but god bless the female troops doing it too), clean house, laundry, make beds, and the list goes ON and ON and ON...

and what do i get at the end of the day "what did YOU make for dinner?,is there any left?" well take your butt to the fridge and find out!!!!!!! i still have energy to exericse and i want to do it NOW!

I know what you mean, I have been a SAHM forever!! I feel the same way. And all the things you listed sometimes we still have to do them when we are sick!! Let my husband get a cold, and the whole world comes to an end. He whines like a baby!!
