Cathlete
I caught Cathe and her orthopedic surgeon, Dr Nick just now. Since I can be talky I thought I'd give me review:
Cathe looked lovely as we would all expect. She wore a brown, classy (A La Ann Taylor)tank style top that accentuated her very built arms and shoulders. She had some business casual linen or cotton cream colored pants and some very stylish pointy small heeled shoes. She sat with her legs crossed and her arms (slightly flexed)extended to her knees with her hands crossed at her knees.
(OK, OK, you can bust me for being so detailed!!!)
Dr. Nick led the responses to the questions by Charlie Gibson. Cathe was mentioned as being "an aerobics instructor" by Gibson. She spoke with poise but I think sher was a little nervous....Hello!! I would bumble over my words. She had her killer smile the whole time. She is wearing her hair longer, below the shoulders, lightly layered. They showed a brief clip from Muscle Max as a filler. She explained that she injured her knee while teaching a kickbox class and got " a little excited" (she giggled).
As a side note, I realy liked what Dr. Nick had to say about Boomers and how to adjust to fitness over 40...respecting the fact that our bodies have changed. He talked about the 4 major muscle groups that are notoriously tight: Hams, Calves, Lower Back and Front Shoulders.
