Cathe for Xmas!!!!!!

Good Morning Everyone:

Just wanted to check in. I haven't posted in awhile (just reading). I have been debating whether to get rid of my gym membership (financial reason plus I'm really bored with the classes there) my contract will run out the end of July so I have awhile yet but the more I do my Cathe workouts at home the more I realize I am getting a much better workout with her than at the gym. I wish she taught at my gym. I pay $47 a month at the gym and I could by a Cathe workout for that. My mom and mother-in-law said they would buy me a few videos for christmas (I'm so excited). I think I'm going to get Intensity Vol 1 (IMAX 2 and Cardio & Weights) the workout with Rhythmic Step/Interval Max/MIC and either the Body Blast Vol 1 (Step Blast/Step,Jump,Pump) or the Intensity Vol 3 (Pyramid Upper and Lower). Eventually I'd like to get Push & Pull/Supersets, Boot Camp/Muscle Endurance and the Cross Train Express Workouts. I've still got to get a few more pieces of equipment before I can do some of the workouts (a medicine ball, a body bar (a substitute for a barbell) and maybe the high step. Too many things to choose from. I did MIS last night instead of taking the body bar class at the gym and really enjoyed it. Well I'm at work so I'd better start doing something. Will check in later.

Hi. It is great receive Cathe dvd for Xmas. you are going to enjoy the dvd. They have lot of premixes to enjoy. I would prefer the dvd with Power Hour, MIS and body max than the dvd with PP/SS.I have ridden you have MIS. Then I would prefer the S & H dvd or PS dvd. I really love the others.Another great dvd is the Body Blast Series 2 with a marvellous kickboxing workout. Maybe my favorite is the ME/BC dvd. I do not have a medicine ball. In the movement with the medicine ball I use a dummbell. For example in the abs side to side exercises.

I say ask for an entire series - you'll eventually want them anyway and you might as well get the bulk discounts:) Besides, you can easily substitute dumbells for the medicine ball and for the barbell.
Let us know what you decide.

Hope that helps, Wendy:)
