Cathe, for the fat loss rotation

Hi, Cathe, I just have a question in regards to the original rotation for losing 20-30 lbs. How would you incorporate the new Hardcore series with that rotation? Is it ok to do the each gym style workouts twice a week? I know from previous post, that you suggested not to do slow/heavy for more then 3 weeks, does the same rule apply for gym style? I did not think that I would like the gym style dvd's, but they are my favorites now. I am sooo surprised that I can do the chest push up (all of them!!). Anyway, any suggested would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chap..
 
Hi Chap! If you are seeing results with doing the gym styles once a week, then continue at that pace until you start to plateau. Once that happens you can add them in a second time per week. You can also do gym styles for as many weeks as you desire. Take Care!
