Hi, Cathe, I just have a question in regards to the original rotation for losing 20-30 lbs. How would you incorporate the new Hardcore series with that rotation? Is it ok to do the each gym style workouts twice a week? I know from previous post, that you suggested not to do slow/heavy for more then 3 weeks, does the same rule apply for gym style? I did not think that I would like the gym style dvd's, but they are my favorites now. I am sooo surprised that I can do the chest push up (all of them!!). Anyway, any suggested would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chap..
