2) KICK, PUNCH, & CRUNCH: This 60 minute (approximately) workout will feature a warm up, a 15 to 20 minute high intensity cardio-based kickbox routine, followed by circuit style kicking and punching drills, and conclude with a tough abdominal/core section on the stability ball. These ab exercises will feature crunches on the ball as well as other intense core work. A stretch will complete the workout.

Hi Cathe,
I really am glad you are coming up with a new Kick box style workout because CK has got to be my most over used DVD by now! It makes it easier to have something to alternate step with and the downstairs neighbor won't complain at 5 a.m. (So it gets used A LOT!!!)
Can I request a few things though?
1. Can it be possible that the new workout not take up as much space as CK? The box moves and shuffles take lots of room even if I try to just jump higher. The moves in Bootcamp took up very little room and were great! Like that jab, jack ,plyo sequence.
2. Would it be OK if Power kicks or speed bags don't have as much reps? They are kind of repetitive and maybe we could do something else?

I hope you don't take this as a complaint, it's just that I love that your intensity series factored in people with short attention spans...your warm ups were nice, short and sweet and the exercises moved on! I love IMAX2, Pyramids and BC!!!

Hi RLam! Thank you very much for your comments. I always value constructively delivered suggestions. Yes, I am working hard on keeping this workout from using a lot of space. I think you will enjoy it. Keep up the great work :)
