Daily Updates begin Tomorrow
Each night over the next several weeks (starting this Thursday evening) we will begin the journey of taking you behind the scenes of Cathe’s newest workouts. In the days to follow we will begin to show you pictures from the each workout and we will start to fill-in some of the details about the workouts, music, intensity, equipment, clothes, crew, etc. These daily updates (sometimes we will have to skip a day or two because of filming) will be posted in the Ask Cathe Forum.

The New Cathe dot Com Filming Studio
Cathe’s 10 new workouts are currently being filmed in our new filming studio on a brand new set. Having a studio of our own allows us not only to improve the quality of our productions, but to take on projects which were just not possible before. This launches a new era for Cathe dot Com and we’re very excited to share our future plans with you.
The new Cathe dot Com studio is truly unique in that it is the only filming studio devoted entirely to fitness video/television productions that is also connected to a brand new state of the art 60,000 sq ft Health Club. Our new club is nearing completion and we’re looking forward to having several “Cathe Fit Camps” each year where we can meet you and you can meet Cathe Live! We will soon have an announcement about the first Cathe Fit Camp and how you can sign up.

Shipping Update for Presale DVDs
It’s still too early to give you a shipping date at this time and we really will not be able to give you a “target ship date” until after the duplicator has received all the finished masters from us for all the workouts. This is the busiest time of year for duplicators, but rest assured we are working 7 days a week to finish this project and to get you your orders.

I hope to be able to attend the Cathe fitness camp and meet all of you wonderful "Cathe" addicts! I don't know am I really ready to go back up into the snow? I have been SLOWLY getting back into shape and hope by the time the new DVD's come out I will be ready! Hope to see you soon!
