Cathe does your sister and husband workout with you?

Cathe I did not realize that is your sister in the Step N Motion videos? She is very pretty also! I was wondering does she still workout with you? Also does your husband workout to your classes or videos?

Hi Intensitylisa! My sister now lives in Florida so she uses my videos instead. My husband occasionally makes it in for a class but its hard now that we no longer live close to the studio. We will occasionally do a video together if the kids let us;-)

Cathe, how wonderful that you do your own videos! I would have guessed that teaching live classes would keep you busy and fully worked out, if not exhausted! How is it to work out with yourself as instructor?
