I'm 'trying' not to get bogged down by my weight but after a lot of hard work, I've manage to lose 9lbs of very stubborn fat
I still have weight to lose (7lbs-ish) but should this be reflected by the scales when I'm exercising 6x week cos I know I'm going to be putting some muscle on? Should the weight still go down if I'm doing a good amount of cardio (2x Cathe cardio PLUS jogging 9miles/week) with an additional 3x moderate weighted workouts?
Do you pay attention to your weight when you're training (additional muscle etc)? Do you weigh a lot more than you look (if you don't mind me asking)?
I am still losing inches but would love to know your 'theory on whether the weight should still decrease
