I like to access these forums periodically throughout the day while I'm at work when there's a lull. I don't usually go on line when I'm at home so I miss it over the weekend.

My bank account would be a lot healthier if I'd stay off this darn forum!; But then I would be missing out on a lot of really helpful advice, fabulous people, and great suggestions for workouts and gear--not to mention fun and informative polls.
