Okay, this one is about the cardio workouts you prefer- specifically, the cardio workouts that you would do using a DVD or in a class, not with a machine.
I love kickboxing. I feel so powerful plus it's an excellent way to release stress; I imagine striking & punching out all those stressful things in my life.
So far a few more people do prefer athletic step to dancy step- so I'm not the only one that does 5 million knee repeaters instead of the mambo and rocking horse thingamabob!
Looks like it's coming down to Step vs. Kickbox. I voted kickbox, and generally do not like step at all, the teeny tiny bit in Drill Max is plenty. I wonder if that's the case for others.
