Okay, this one might not fit your exact routine, but just get as close as you can. DVD cardio includes class cardio as well- such as a step class, kickboxing class, etc. The power walking/running/jogging was referring to doing those things without a machine- outside, usually. Other includes yoga, hiking, biking outdoors, etc.

In a perfect world I would do yoga. There were plenty of great choices though so I went with running on the treadmill with Sean O Malley!
 
I'm with Vee...in a perfect world, I would do yoga. And hiking and biking. And in a perfect world I would have won the lottery so that I would have enough time to do all of the yoga, hiking, and biking I want without being interrupted by that crazy thing called work.
 
This is a really tough one for me to vote on. I can't vote because nothing fits my true answer.

In a perfect world, I have a variety of activities to keep me motivated. So, I am living in a perfect world. I have Elliptical, Bike, Kettlebells, Barre Workouts, Weight Training, a lot of cardio videos.
I can honestly say I wake up exciting thinking about what activity I'm going to start off my morning.

Skwigg has the most excellent blog entry this week, on this very subject. This is an excellent read and I can totally relate to her! I wake up and can do and be anything I want to do because I'm not afraid to try:D

Damn! I knew I forgot a couple! Sorry, Vee, early in the mornign when I did this, and I can't change the poll options. Please put yoga under "other".
 
I picked the steady state treadmill... option but I would rather be outside working out - riding my bike, hiking, running... That's my cup of tea.
 
wow that's a tough one. I voted power walking/running/jogging intervals although in a perfect world I would love to hike & bike. We have a park nearby where we love to walk/jog through the natural trails. But I also love the DVD strength & yoga to relax
 
In a PERFECT world, I would have a super-fast metabolism so that I didn't have to watch every piece of food that goes into my mouth make its way immediately to my gargantuan hips and butt!

I would be able to take leisurely walks with my family for enjoyment as opposed to trying to find the "magic combination" that works for my tortoise metabolism...well, you asked!!

I love strength training, I only do other forms of exercise because I have to in order to balance my fitness.
