I'm a FIRM instructor who must teach 3x/week but also love your workouts. I'd love it if you could hook me up with a rotation that won't cause overtraining and ideally help me to lose a few lbs. I have all your workouts but consideration must also be made for the 3x I teach (classes are weights and cardio similar to your Cardio and Weights tape, not too many sets per body part, and definitely leaning towards endurance). I'd like to workout 6 days a week. Maybe even a rotation that alternates a few weeks of endurance with a few weeks of strength? I'm trying to figure out which style best suits my body. I don't mind working out twice a day either. Thanks!
