Cathe combo's

I was wondering what combo's has anyone came up with using Cathe tapes. Since I like to cut Interval Max in 2 different parts I did a pretty good one the other day. Here goes
Warm-up Mega Step Blast
Last 5 intervals-Interval Max
Back to Mega Step Blast-First section of it
Cool down and stretch to Interval Max

It was the perfect length for me and wasn't so challenging that wiped me out. Big priorities when you are keeping up with a 9 yr. old, 2 yr. old and 10 month old=) Michelle
 
Fun Combo!

I posted this under the weekly check-in, but I'm so proud of it , I'm going to put it here, too:)
This is the combo I did Saturday. I'm trying to work my may up to doing all of MIC using this combo. It's actually 2 workouts. I did one in the morning and one that afternoon.
Workout #1
Warmup- Step Warmup from MIS
Workout-Step section and cooldown from MIC
Workout #2
Workout- MIC from beginning to the end of hi-lo section
Cooldown-Cooldown and stretch from Step Jam.
This was fun, and while I realize it wasn't the same as doing the whole tape, I was able to do all the jumps and intervals, and I'm not usually able to so that. Fun, fun,fun!
