Cathe: Choreography of the new Advanced High Step Circuit DVD

Hi Cathe,

I would like to pre-order the 3 DVDs but I'm wondering about the Advanced High Step DVD. Will the choreography be complex or will be it like your Bootcamp DVD?

Bumping for Cathe Hope you can answer before the pre-order deadline. I still haven't ordered so I'm still thinking if I should order just the 2 Beginner/Intermediate DVDs or the entire set.

Hi Phoebe! It will be more like the Bootcamp DVD. The cardio bursts will be mini easy-to-grasp step routines that have power in them. The rest is weight work, so there is no complex choreography there. Hope this helps. Take Care~
