Hi Cathe, I was wondering if you could suggest an upper body rotation for me using all of your weight workouts. Right now I am trying to heal a stress fracture in my shin, so all I can do is upper body weights, abs, floor work for my lower body, and stretching. I am finding it very frustrating not being able to do any cardio, ( I was biking, but the fracture didn't seem to be healing, so I have stopped that as well), and I feel like I have all this time to workout, but not a lot to do. I feel like I need a rotation to stay on track with my fitness while I heal. My main goal is to lose about 15 lbs, which I know will be hard to do without any cardio workouts, but I am hoping if I eat cleanly and lower my caloric intake, I can lose a few pounds at least.
