Can you do 30 minutes cardio for each DVD in 4-day split series?

I have the CTX series which I love but the cardio segments are just 20-23 minutes (excluding warm-up and cool-down).

I'm hoping that in the 4-day split, you can do 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weight training. Please have separate time allotment for warm-up and cool-down.

I second the request, please. I prefer the cardio segments (minus wmup/cooldown) to be 30 minutes as well. I like how some DVDs have multiple workouts on one disk and chapter them so the warmup and cooldown are separate selections on the main menu. That way the actual workout can be longer and it's up to the user whether they need the warmup/cooldown. Just a suggestion. :)

Ooops, editing to say another suggestion is to do what you did with Low Impact Circuit. Film an extra cardio segment to make a longer cardio premix. I love the cardio and lowerbody premixes on LIC, BTW. ;)
