Cathe can I stop doing leg curls?

Hey Cathe. Glad to read you had a good trip to Fla. My wife is from Port Charlotte and so I get down there quite a bit.
A question for you: I am doing heavy duty deadlift work these days along with squats, leg presses, leg exts., and leg curls. Four sets of six reps. Since I have gone much heavier on the deadlifts my hamstrings feel completely bombed when I go to do the leg curls. Is doing the curls a waste of time in your opinion? It seems like the hammies are getting quite alot from the deadlifts alone. I know the curls and extensions are more isolation moves than the others. I just couldn't believe how much the heavy deadlifts have affected the leg curl work. Or maybe I am just hoping you'll say I can skip curls because I dislike that exercise so much!! LOL!!
Any thoughts you have are greatly appreciated.
