I know you've probably answered this question a zillion times but, How many calories I'am I suppose to eat, to lose weight?
been eating around 1500-1800 and well nothings really happening!
I'm starting your begginner rotation soon, I have basic step and body fusion, which I'm in the middle of mastering on a 8 inch step.
and will order the rest soon.I also walk 4 miles once a wk. by the way, THANK YOU, I'm so glad I found your workouts! You are such an inspiration!
I try to eat wheat bread(instead of white)
veggies and fruit
turkey,chicken,fish
I wright down everything I eat, and drink aleast 32oz of H2O.more on days i workout!
So my questions are:
1.How many calories Iam suppose to eat?
2.How many calories do I burn doing basic step(with abs) and body fusion?
