I just recently started working out with Cathe and I'm debating on whether or not to get the Cathe calendar. I know that there is space to record your beginning weight and measurements and a place to chart your goals. Is it really motivating? And what are the stickers for? Will I need to purchase the extra set? And finally...can you share with me ways in which you use your calendar? I think it would be fun to look back on after the year is over and see how much progress was made. I think it is worth it for this alone, but here I sit, still debating!! Someone please enable me!
