In addition to the calendar I was working on a journal--you know to keep track of my goals
weekly...it's not completed but I have posted two of three sections (front/back
cover, workout pages, & diet pages). I'm using a standard 3-Ring WilsonJones
Bindview binder which allows me to insert front & back covers & three-hole punch the
WorkOut & Diet pages.

(There's a text file that you can read that shows the status as I
add/modify things).

You can see them on the Yahoo Group: CatheFans if you're
interested.

In addition to the Calendar the Journal has been Updated!
I've included a text file in the Cathe Journal Folder called "Info-
Must Read). I will update it as I complete sections of the Journal.

I have now completed the Covers, WorkOut pages for 1 week & Diet
pages for 1 week.

Let me know what you think. Comments & suggestions are welcome. Like
it says - Work In Progress.

Also, as a side note, because it's been a bit hectic with the limits on downloads and some delays on AOL & Yahoo processing approvals -- I have not been able to respond to everyone's kind words. Thank You. I appreciate it and hope that it will be useful and inspiring as you continue your Workouts/Diets to stay or become in better shape in 2005 and for life!
