Cathe: belated thanks for new hi/lo!

I know you're screamingly busy, but I wanted to take a moment and say "THANK YOU!" for including hi/lo in your upcoming Body Blast series!

One of my favorite newer mish-moshes is MIC hi/lo, 10-10-10 hi/lo followed by Boot Camp cardio only, and when I do it I always think, "Cathe does it the way it should be done!" Just love it.

Hi Lo is my favorite-I love the hi lo on 10-10-10 as well as MIC and Power Circuit especially!

I got to add a Thank you to this as well. I just did 10/10/10 last night after not doing it for quite a while and forgot how much I enjoy your style! Thank you Cathe!
 
Yes Indeed Miss Annette! I agree that Thanks are in order here. You see Cathe, You have set about to create the most comprehensive and effecient workouts on the market to do EXACTLY what you set out to do: DEVELOPE FIT PEOPLE WHO CAN JUMP AND PROPELL THEIR BODIES INTO SPACE! So, is it any wonder we would want the kind of workout that many of us couldn't fathom doing BEOFRE we found your workouts? I just have to say..... LADIES, BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ASK FOR, YOU JUST MIGHT GET IT!
