Thanks Kimberly for making this a daily thread! Hopefully this will keep me honest! (Also you asked about the e-book, check out the thread BFFM it stand for Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle or you can do a search on this thread, the gals have written a lot about this book)
Last week I pulled myself out of bed three mornings! So this week I am shooting for four early morning workouts!
I've been focusing on entire body workouts and then hopefully when I get a little stronger I can begin splitting my workouts by body part. So this morning I did push/pull.
Now for the cardio. MJ thanks for the advice on that one. You are right if I don't like it, I need to find something else. Hmmm. I think I'm going to try jogging. Prior to having kids I loved to run - so maybe I'll give that a try this week. Do any of you ladies jog??
Good luck to you all today! I have to say, I think being an early riser is the way to go for me. Now I know that I have done my workout and it makes me want to eat healthier too, since I don't want to un-do all the hard work I put in this morning!
