Cathe Beginner/Intermediate Daily Check-In 11/14/05

Good Morning everyone,

This morning I did Cathe Basic Step and Ab Add on. I did both at 100%. I am really getting the routines. On the other hand, I will do High Step Circuit tomorrow. Lets see how far I get with that

Today is all of Pure Strength upper and abs..Maybe will throw in the "jump" of step jump pump between tapes???

Good Morning All:

Thanks Kimberly for making this a daily thread! Hopefully this will keep me honest! (Also you asked about the e-book, check out the thread BFFM it stand for Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle or you can do a search on this thread, the gals have written a lot about this book)

Last week I pulled myself out of bed three mornings! So this week I am shooting for four early morning workouts!

I've been focusing on entire body workouts and then hopefully when I get a little stronger I can begin splitting my workouts by body part. So this morning I did push/pull.

Now for the cardio. MJ thanks for the advice on that one. You are right if I don't like it, I need to find something else. Hmmm. I think I'm going to try jogging. Prior to having kids I loved to run - so maybe I'll give that a try this week. Do any of you ladies jog??

Good luck to you all today! I have to say, I think being an early riser is the way to go for me. Now I know that I have done my workout and it makes me want to eat healthier too, since I don't want to un-do all the hard work I put in this morning!

Belinda - wow 4 pounds already! Good job! I've been watching your posts and you really are doing a lot!! Way to go!

Claudia - I'm sending you some energy girl!! Just do it!! Get up in the morning and KNOW that you have to write to all of us and tell us what you did!! I want to hear from you! We are all in the same boat, we all need motiviated, that is why we are all here. So think of us when that alarm goes off - and know we are all getting up to workout with you! We will do this together Claudia!! :)
