Hi everybody! Are we going to do a daily check-in or weekly check-in? I vote for daily -- it keeps me honest! On Saturady, I made it all the way through Low Max for the first time, so that felt good. I'm still just doing it on the 4 inch step though. Today was Muscle Endurance -- all my muscles are still shaking! Will probably do Kick Punch & Crunch tomorrow.
