i think cathes mix up weights and cardio are perfect for weight loss and you also build lean feminine muscle which burns for calories at rest. thats always nice
. and don;t worry about not having many cathe workouts b/c you can always mix and match your workouts. i don't have all her videos for some of the rotations she posted so i either do some on my own or pick another video as similiar to it as possible. my example would be when she put Leaner Legs in a rotation i will do one of my buns of steel videos and maybe add barbell legwork from her power hour workout so i get the 45 mins of legs.
rotations can go so many ways and should be mixed up every 6-8 weeks to shock the body and keep it from getting used to the exercises you do. you can do total body weights one day then just cardio the next, or do upper body and lower body splits where you work upper body and add some cardio then the next day you do legs and cardio. you can do cardio circuits with weights(this would be body fusion and the firm workouts) 3x a week with just cardio workouts 2x a week. its all in the creative minds of the exerciser.
