Cathe Beginner/Intermediate Check-In 11/6-11/12

I am checking in for completion of this week's rotation. I followed the prescription except that I got my new videos early and did those on Friday and today. This was my week:

Sun - SJP(step)/upperbody/AB add on
Mon - Low Impact Step
Tues - OFF
Wed - Rhthmic Step(Warm-up,1st,2nd seg)
Thr - OFF
Fri - Power Circuit CXT
Sat - KPC(kickbox only)

I did not do a weigh in today to check this week's weight loss. I will do that tomorrow. I did the Kick, Punch, an Cruch video today and must say I love it. And FitTV cuts out quite a bit. It was a hard workout and I tell you, the Holy Spirit likes to show up. As I punch I think about punching out my temptations and things that want to take me back before my salvation. Thanks to Cathe making the workout hard; I have to think about God to get me through. It is a humbling experience, my workouts. I go from I can't, to yes He can!

My family and I went down into central Ohio today; to the Amish cities of Berlin, Sugarcreek, and Walnut Creek. The rolling hills of my Ohio are completely awesome. God likes it here, because you can see His colorful character all over the trees. There is nothing I love more than fresh air and plenty of vacant grassland. I love living in the city of Cleveland, but am grateful for all the rural areas just within only about fifteen miles of me. Have a great night and I'll check in tomorrow with my progress.:7
