I did the SJP(step)w/upper/ab. I have a bit of a scratchy throat. I have healed very well since my oral surgery last Monday. Things are still stiff in my jaw but I feel so much better.
It was a nice day here in Cleveland, Ohio. The leaves have beautiful color to them finally. The warm air brought up from the three big hurricanes have kept things warmer than the last four autumns. The Browns beat the Titans, WHoo!! We had a wonderful and insightful church service. My pastors hit a sore spot of making mistakes and not quitting. I wasn't very full voice wise for the worship but my throat just couldn't get it today. See you all tomorrow. I have Low Impact Step.
