Bulking reversal

Hello -
Similar to another post but to keep upper body and just reduce leg bulk is it still good to do legs a few times a week? Maybe one day of weights and two of toning (like a barre or kick box)? Then upper body weights one/two days and the rest of the week cardio?

one day of leg-specific training with weights is enough per week.

You know, I think we often forget that there is no cardio without legs. So our legs and glutes get worked each week more than we think. If you do any degree of intervals, HiiT, tabata, metabolic training, power walking or running, the legs are already getting quite a workout. Think of workouts like X-Train tabatacise or All Out Low Impact HiiT, or Low Max: they are all so leg intensive it is the equivalent (in terms of resulting soreness or tiredness) of doing a major weights session for legs.

So, yes, 1 leg & glutes weight training workout per week IS enough.
