Cathe App

Hi

I have cathe's app on my ipod touch and I was wondering if you guys can help me. When I'm not logged in I see the #3 in a red circle on the top right hand corner of the app. What does this mean? It's been driving me crazy. I think it means some one responded to a thread I started or responded to but how do I know which one it is????

I think if you go to the more tab on the bottom of the first screen, it will take you to an area where you can choose subscribed threads. Then the threads you haven't seen yet will be in a darker font. If you check the threads on your desktop, it doesn't register on the app. Sometimes I will get a pop up that tells me what thread was responded to, however, this is inconsistent.
