Cathe - Any suggestions for maintaing gains after finishing STS

I am pleased to have gotten some pretty good strength gains and muscle development as I finish week 4 of meso 2 and I was wondering if you had any suggestions on how to keep some of those gains until I decide to do STS again. I would like to take the rest of the spring and the summer and then do another STS rotation in the fall when, hopefully, I will have the STS cardio as well.

I'm hoping for some guide as to what the minimum number of strength training per week would be and what number of reps and %RM1 I should use.

I LOVE IT! I love how we look forward, into our future, beyond whatever current rotation or program we're doing!!!!!

I'm curious too. I'm currently doing the 6 month rotation and it will take me right up to the very day I leave for the RT in July. I'm planning on taking the Summer to enjoy other weight workouts (a mixture of Cathe, P90X, BFL, etc) and doing another STS rotation in the Fall when school is back in session.

chris, how do you change the color on your print? and get your little dancy guy up and while i'm askin', how do ya get a picture up. and , i am super computer illiterate.
 
also, when we redo STS, do we need to do 1 rm's again?

As I understand it, to get the most benefit from STS you should do the 1RM tests again before starting STS again, since you would have gained strength from the last time you did STS and your previous 1RM's would be too low.
