I am pleased to have gotten some pretty good strength gains and muscle development as I finish week 4 of meso 2 and I was wondering if you had any suggestions on how to keep some of those gains until I decide to do STS again. I would like to take the rest of the spring and the summer and then do another STS rotation in the fall when, hopefully, I will have the STS cardio as well.
I'm hoping for some guide as to what the minimum number of strength training per week would be and what number of reps and %RM1 I should use.
