I was soooo excited to see that you are coming out with an ab workout DVD but was wondering if you will be putting it in the VHS format as well. I'm totally clueless when it comes to DVD so don't even know if that would be possible. I'm probably the only person left that hasn't bought a DVD (maybe this would be a good reason to do so!!!) I have every single one of your VHS workouts and love the variety and look forward to doing tummy with you on a daily basis too!!! With 6 kids I'm always making sure I keep my tummy firm cuz I don't want to use those pregnancies as an excuse for a pooch!!!!
