Cathe and Kettlebell Users...

I'm just starting to dip my toes into the world of kettlebells. If you do both, could you post how you integrate the two? I'm thinking something like:

Day 1: PUB
Day 2: Cardio
Day 3: Kettlebell
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: PLB
Day 6: Yoga or Cardio

What do you think?

Also, is AOS Providence a good video to start with? Or should I work up to it?

Your schedule looks fine. You'll find that kettlebells will give you a great cardio workout also, and that it's highly addictive! I'm sure you'll be adding kettlebell days soon. And, Providence is a good place to start with the AOS dvds. They also have the Clinic instructional dvds that will teach you the basics.

That looks like a good schedule to me.

And Providence is a good start (better might be "The Kettlebell Way 1", a remake of Providence with a tutorial section and a co-instructor).

You may have to work up to Providence/KBW1: just do what you can, go at your pace, and if you feel your form slipping, stop the move (do NOT go for faillure, especially on swings). They go for 2-minute rounds, but you might start out with 1 minute or even 30 seconds.
