Cathe - about that Bootcamp workout in 4DS..

Hi Cathe,
Lately i have been feeling unmotivated to workout - which is UNLIKE me at all. Your workouts are usually what i reach for all the time but lately i'm so tired and have to force myself to workout.

I made the mistake of reaching for something i havent done in a long time from another insturctor but i just wasnt getting anything out of it. I was ready to just quit and take a shower, but then your Bootcamp workout popped into my head. It was short enough to do before work, but also something effective.

I just want to say that i LOVE this workout. The drills really get you - especially that last one with the football runs/pushups! Its fun, its unique and it really flies by! I moved to Florida last month and was worried i wouldnt be able to do the suicides in my smaller workout room but i was able to do them.

I guess the point of my post is that even when i was dreading all my workouts for some odd reason that is unlike me, your bootcamp was just what i needed.

I hope to see more like it in the future - maybe even longer :) Its really fun and also effective.

Hi Cathe! I always get all excited when you respond to my posts :) I have my mojo back..for now. I did KPC and Legs and Glutes today, another good one. love the music in legs and glutes.
