Cathe - the Butts and Guts rotation has done remarkable things to my legs and glutes and not to mention abs!! Thank you so much.
Now I know you cannot tailor-make a rotation for just one person, but would you consider a rotation that will maintain the gains made on the lower body with the month's rotation and, at the same time, strengthening and "buffing up" the upper body to match the lower!
I would love to have some gains in my upper body which would allow me to do more pushups, etc.... and of cardio, cardio to keep that fat layer under control.
This is the first time I've followed one of your rotations and loved it.
