Hi,
I have a suggestion if you haven't thought about this but what about you put a step workout and a kickboxing workout like SJP but 45 min to an hour of that? Do a step workout for like 2-5 min and kickboxing drills for 1-3 min. on either the step or the floor plus stability ball for core work? That would be a killer workout. Hope you keep that in mind. :+ :* :* :7 :D
