Cathe - a special request for someone less coordinated

I was wondering if you would mind putting together a rotation of just toning not cardio? I am a avid runner and I am fortunate enough to live in Charleston, South Carolina so I have great weather and lots of opportunity to go running. I also mix it up with my ellptical machine & my iPod so I don't get any injuries (knock on wood). I have never felt coordinated enough to do any aerobics classes or any of your cardio DVD's. But I own all of your weight workouts such as MIS, The pyramid series, gym style, CTX (for leaner legs), slow & heavy, muscle endurance, super sets & push pull, muscle max, pure strength, legs & glutes and to round it out... stretch max, core max and ab hits AND finally I will get my butts and guts on Tuesday :) Also I am an accountant so genetically I am convinced that I will never be coordinated. Would you be kind enough to design something like:

Monday - MIS upper body
Tuesday - Leaner legs
Wednesday - Muscle Max upper body
etc.
