In your slow and heavy series what is the purpose of the slow weight lifting?Is it just for breaking plateaus?or is it better for muscle building?i was just wondering because alot of times i do not feel like i got as much of a workout as i do in say ..powerhour or mis.mabe i need to just up my weights....my goal is to have your arms ....you look AWESOME!!!!you are definitely a role model!!!thanks.
