Hi, Cathe. I'm just curious. I know you've said that the weight sequencing in the new Crosstraining videos is slightly different from your own personal one-body part per day regimen that you used to get back into shape. Can you give us an idea of what types of exercises/reps/sets you used in your own rotation? Thanks

Actually the exercises/reps/sets are pretty much the same as on video, the main difference is that I also have access to machines/cables here at the gym which I obviously can't include in video workouts.

Hi Cathe,

This is my first post here. But I wondered if you had thought of doing a video (or even a book but the video would be better) of your actual workouts (with the machines) that we could learn and then use at the gym to compliment our PS and the new Cross train series? I know I know, the last thing you want to hear about is another video right now:)

Welcome! How nice to meet you. What a neat name you have.

Your actually the first person to suggest a video/book of this nature. It is an interesting thought, however, I'm just not sure how practical it would be for the majority of home exercisers, since I don't know how many would be interested in purchasing a gym membership. Great concept though.
