Cathe, a big Thank You

I want you to know how much you have changed my life. I received my Intensity DVDs yesterday and have yet to preview them all. I'll do more previewing tonight. I did the Muscle Endurance Upper Body Split this morning. It was fun, with the different new twists :p on abs!

I want you to know how much I like every one of your workouts. The different styles of music, the different moves and different intensities make it so easy to find that perfect workout for each day.

I intend to cross train with bicycle riding and rollerblading, but believe me, in the spring, I will have to tear myself away from my Cathe DVDs.

And, I have been meaning to say something about Rhythmic Step to you. I love that workout. I especially like how you worked the lead leg transitions into step moves, like knees halfway around the world, hop turn, instead of "tap-switching." That's a nice touch! It makes me feel like I'm in a show! Also the Challenge section at the end is so fun, because we get to show off all those newly learned moves!

I feel like a star every time I do that one!

I hope to meet you some day (I am in Calif.) but until that time I want you to know I really appreciate your inspiration and your hard work.

When previewing the Intensities I feel like I am seeing you again after an absence, (well, I am!) and I want to tell you you look great! And it's wonderful to see you again!!
