I did week 1 of STS legs endurance last night and I had these big paper plates in the pantry that had a kind of rough backing on them so I got out my son's carpet fun slides (if you've seen the commercials for them on Nickelodeon then you know what I am talking about).
Well I have to say that they worked great! They are super slippery on carpet and they have these foot straps that keep your foot in place. You just have to wear them backwards as there are these little ridges on the toe for breaking when you slide on carpet so you cheat on STS if you wear them correctly.
There pretty fun for slippin' around the house, too!
