Sorry to gush but you are so impressive, I just have to know: Are you a natural athlete and do people stop to ask you if you are a personal trainer??

Kate...you really have a nice way of making my day.....not sure I'd consider myself a natural athlete, I think naturally athletic might be a better desription. Because I have been active ever since I can remember, but that can also be a choice.

To be honest only a few people have ever asked me if I was a personal trainer, more people have told me that I should be......maybe I will some day......Carole
