Carole-me again. Sorry to be a pest! LOVING this freestyle thing.

Today I did Leaner Legs and a run. Tomorrow, YOU NAME IT FOR ME!

Do you mind? Tell me what to do tomorrow. Cathe vid, or otherwise.

Lunges (front, walking, back, side, etc), weight bench leg curls or extensions, abs, cardio (prefer step these days).

TELL ME!

p.s. After this weekend, I'll let you know what my 2 week rotation has been and the total results so far (lost weight last week and expecting to again this week). Then IF YOU DON'T MIND AGAIN, you can critique it for me.
 
Gayle....you are NOT a pest!!! And...this sounds fun..:)...So, for tomorrow:

Weight bench leg extensions and curls 4 x 15-20 (have to keep the legs balanced!), and GS or L&G floorwork, abs of your choice, and how about a Stepblast premix?....you'll have to let me know if you have videos or DVD's as I am assuming DVD's.

Boy, Carole you're a slave driver! lol! I have to remember to throw leg extensions and curls into the mix as well. Do you always do them on floorwork day? I have to say I'm liking the results that working legs everyday has given me. I know that I'm not doing an all out freestyle, but it's working for me! Thanks for bringing attention to this type of training.

THANKS, guys for Sunday's wishes! I'm psyched, although the weather here is supposed to be wet. YUCK! I'll just have to run faster to get out of the rain sooner! LOL

This morning's workout, Carole, is DONE! FINISHED! COMPLETE!

Step Blast premix (41 minutes of combos 1, 2, and 3)
Gym Style Legs floor work
Leg extensions and Leg curls on weight bench
Stability ball abs including pikes and twists and crunches, etc!

ALL GOOD!
