Like Tallchick, I really thanks for you sharing your knowlege in Freestyle with us.
I'm still in fat burning stage. I commit myself to this 6 days legs routine. However, I also want to rip off the fat from my upper body. Do you think 3 days upper body is enough for my goal? Do I also need to keep it light when I work in upper body? The reason I am asking is today I did GS timesaver CT, BSB, then HSTA lower body. I felt like I was running out of energy when I did HSTA. Will it affect the result when I am tired?
